How we deliver, and who does the work

We would rather you knew this before signing than discovered it during delivery.

The honest version#

We are set up to take end-to-end responsibility for a project, and we have the people to do that. What we do not have is a large team sitting in every one of the ten divisions at once.

What we do have is a network of partner companies and specialists — in engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, accounting and the other functions a company needs. When a scope needs one of them, they do that part of the work.

What stays with us#

Software delivery is ours. Architecture, engineering, security review, infrastructure and the release itself are done by our own team, and the ryha.dev platform is our own product.

Regulated and specialist work — statutory audit, legal representation, tax filing, and some marketing execution — is delivered by qualified partner firms. That is not a workaround; some of it legally requires a licensed professional, and none of it should be done by someone learning on your project.

What does not change#

• One contract. You sign with Ryha Technologies. You do not manage the partners.
• One point of contact. Coordination, deadlines and quality are ours to hold.
• One standard of speed. Partners work to the same delivery pace and review process as our own team, because we are the ones accountable for the date.
• One party to blame. If a partner misses, that is our miss.

Your information#

Where a partner delivers part of an engagement, we share the information they need to do that work and nothing beyond it. They are bound by the same confidentiality terms we are. The security overview covers this in more detail.

If you would prefer a piece of work stayed entirely in-house, ask. We will tell you plainly whether that is possible and what it changes about the timeline.
