Why we built it

Six months lost, and a decision that throughput is survival.

We spent six months building a product and were beaten to market by a company that shipped faster. Our engineering wasn't wrong — our throughput was. A small team can only hold so much work at once.

So we built the thing that would have saved us: departments of specialist agents running planning, engineering, QA, DevOps, security and growth in parallel, with our people reviewing the output and staying accountable for it.
